A commercial tenant improvement project located within the Madison Place mixed-use development in Pasadena, California. The approximately 2,989 SF office space was designed to create a functional and contemporary workplace environment with a combination of private and collaborative areas.
The layout includes a reception area, seven enclosed offices, an open office bullpen, and a community/conference room, supported by a break room, server room, copy/file area, and three restrooms. The design integrates architectural, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical improvements to support the needs of the office users.

The project was developed in accordance with applicable California building, accessibility, energy, and CALGreen requirements, coordinating all major building systems as part of the permit submission.
