Access With Skill is the accessibility consulting arm of Design With Skill. Led by Samantha Hill, a licensed architect and CASp consultant, AWS combines architectural training with regulatory expertise a combination that lets us offer more than code citations.
We work with project teams to find solutions that satisfy regulators while protecting feasibility, budget, and design intent. Our work spans housing, education, healthcare, and civic projects across California.
Most of our clients return for the next project. Many treat us as an extension of their team.

Plan
Review
We review drawings against CBC Chapter 11A and 11B, ADA, and applicable federal standards. Our reports prioritize risk by impact and offer design solutions, not just citations.
Site
Inspection
On-site verification that what was drawn is what was built. We catch deviations early enough to correct them without triggering rework.
Accessibility Consulting & Reports
CASp assessments, accessibility narratives for entitlements and funding applications, and ongoing project advisory for regulators, lenders, and grant programs.
