EPSG Affordable Housing

Repurposed a shopping center site to provide much-needed affordable and workforce housing (+300 dwelling units), revitalizing an underutilized asset and increasing housing inventory. Addressed parking challenges and explored the use of modular units to optimize pricing and construction efficiency, controlling costs and accelerating project completion.
