The development incorporates a range of resident-focused amenities, including a fitness room, community room, co-working/study areas, leasing and lobby spaces, package facilities, secured bicycle storage, and landscaped common areas.
The design emphasizes efficient site planning, contemporary residential architecture, and integrated sustainable building systems, including photovoltaic panels, battery storage coordination, heat-pump systems, EV charging infrastructure, and other electrification measures.
