Culver Mixed-Use 

Integrated 17 residential units into a complex site with existing constraints, preserving the existing structure actively used by the Court Douglas Theater, we collaborated with a non-profit children's art program to maintain community assets and cultural value. Responded to an RFP and incorporated a vital art component, adding significant value to the community and enhancing the project's appeal. Worked within tight site constraints to optimize space utilization and deliver a design that harmonizes diverse functions, creating a valuable mixed-use development.
