The project preserves mature olive trees, select existing vegetation, retaining walls, and other site elements while introducing new pedestrian pathways, a concrete driveway, restored entry stairs, and landscaped outdoor areas. The landscape design incorporates irrigated gardens and lawn areas alongside an un-irrigated south slope.

The site design also integrates wildfire-resilient planning, including designated fuel modification zones and drought-tolerant, fire-resistant Mediterranean and native California planting. New perimeter fencing with stone-clad entry pillars completes the property’s access and landscape improvements.
